SNH Plays Back

As part of expanding our community engagement efforts, Symphony NH launched a new initiative called SNH Plays Back in 2022/23. This free community engagement program paired Symphony NH musician ensembles with local nonprofits to provide music for clients and staff focused around the holiday season. We will continue this program in 2023-24 to include community organizations throughout southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts.

Prior to the pandemic, Symphony NH musicians and ensembles regularly performed at Home Health and Hospice Care, and St. Joseph Hospital. Since the pandemic, while it's been a challenge, we are happy to say that these performances have resumed at both locations. Providing ambient music for patients, families and staff at these facilities continues to be a highlight of our community engagement efforts. If you are interested in a performance at your health care facility, please contact snh@symphonynh.org for more information.
